Mphasis is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Frontend Developers to join its digital transformation delivery teams, building modern web applications and UI solutions for leading BFSI, logistics, and technology clients worldwide.

Job Overview

As a Fresher Frontend Developer at Mphasis, you will work in agile development teams to build user-friendly web applications — gaining hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, API integration, and UI best practices under the guidance of experienced senior developers on real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js
• Develop and maintain reusable, well-documented UI component libraries
• Consume and integrate RESTful APIs, handling JSON data structures and error states
• Participate in UI testing including unit testing with Jest and component testing with React Testing Library
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and QA engineers in agile sprints
• Support debugging, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility fixes

Requirements & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA in CS, IT, or related engineering discipline — 2024/2025 batch
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals — demonstrated through college projects or internship
• Exposure to React.js or similar component-based JavaScript frameworks
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development principles
• Familiarity with Git version control and basic command-line tools
• 60%+ aggregate in B.E./B.Tech throughout academic career
