About This Role

LatentView Analytics is looking for a curious and rigorous Data Scientist to develop ML models and data science solutions for LatentView's premium Fortune 500 client base in technology, BFSI, CPG, and retail — delivering insights that drive meaningful business decisions.

Job Overview

As a LatentView Data Scientist, you will apply machine learning, statistical analysis, and data storytelling skills to solve complex business problems — developing models for customer analytics, market intelligence, risk, and operational optimization across LatentView's diverse global client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and prescriptive ML models for customer segmentation, churn, lifetime value, and demand forecasting
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and advanced statistical testing on large structured and unstructured datasets
• Build interactive dashboards and analytical reports that communicate model insights to business stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineers on data pipeline design and feature store development
• Present findings and recommendations to client teams clearly, with business context and actionable next steps
• Contribute to LatentView's internal analytics innovation initiatives and data science community

Requirements & Skills

• B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or engineering
• 2–5 years of data science experience with a focus on applied ML for business problems
• Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib) and SQL skills
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools for data visualization
• Understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus
