Role Context

SAP's associate developers join specific product lines within its Business Technology Platform or ERP engineering organization. You will receive structured onboarding and access to SAP Learning Journeys before contributing to your first sprint. SAP has a global internal mobility program that allows engineers to rotate across product areas and international offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-native applications on SAP BTP using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
• Build ABAP-based enhancements and extensions for SAP S/4HANA ERP modules
• Design and consume OData APIs and SAP Integration Suite services
• Write automated tests and contribute to SAP's continuous integration pipelines
• Participate in Agile sprints and technical architecture reviews
• Document solution components and prepare technical specifications for product teams

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (2024–2026 grad)
• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or ABAP
• Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud platforms, or enterprise application development
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL
• SAP BTP or SAP Certified Technology Associate is a plus
