Role Context

Intuit's engineering teams work in two-pizza squads with cross-functional ownership. Associate engineers join a specific product team — TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, or a platform group — and ship features in production within their first month. Intuit has an active AI-first initiative where engineers directly build and integrate generative AI features into tax and accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features for Intuit's financial products using Java, Python, React, or Node.js
• Integrate AI and ML capabilities into customer-facing financial workflows
• Write comprehensive automated tests and contribute to continuous deployment pipelines
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues in production environments
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists on feature development
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design documents

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Software Engineering (2024–2026 grad)
• Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go
• Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud services (AWS preferred), and relational databases
• Understanding of Agile development workflows and test-driven development
• Interest in AI/ML applications in fintech or consumer products
