Role Context

TCS recruits from US universities and trains new hires through its iON learning platform before placing them on client accounts. You will work on delivery pods supporting Fortune 500 clients in application development, testing, or IT support. Senior engineers and delivery leads guide your technical growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software modules using Java, .NET, Python, or COBOL
• Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to sprint deliverables
• Log and track defects in Jira and support UAT cycles with business users
• Support data migration, system integration, or ETL pipeline tasks
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and status reports

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering discipline
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, C#, or SQL
• Understanding of SDLC and software testing concepts
• Good analytical and communication skills
• US work authorization required
